It's important to know what you can afford and all the fees associated with a mortgage before committing. I will send you listings directly from the MLS and provide you with my app, so you get access to new listings as soon as they hit the market. I think outside the box to negotiate and WIN the offer for you. All while walking you through every step of the process, explaining all the "whys" and "what if's". My goal is to leave the closing table with happy clients and new friends.

Selling Your Current Home
When it's time to move, I'll take care of everything you need, from start to close. We'll start advertising your home with professional pictures, utilizing multiple internet platforms, and showing your home to prospective buyers, including an open house. And of course, help negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, and handle all necessary paperwork, taking you all the way to closing. I'll help match you up with a great title company and minimize the stress of selling your home. First or last home, I know this is a place with special memories for you, and I will treat it as such.

Often, buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. Things like rearranging furniture, making repairs/minor improvements, or simply painting the walls can make all the difference. On a personal level...I'm originally from Las Vegas. I've lived in central Ohio for over 40 years (which is weird since I'm only 25...) I began my career in the medical field and stayed for 17 short years. I then dabbled in foreclosure for a large bank before obtaining my Real Estate license in 2013. (Helping people buy/sell feels so much better than "helping" take homes away) My husband John and I are empty-nesters with the best 2 dogs in the world, Bella and Hazel. We enjoy traveling, laughing, and dining out.
